        GCTE has celebrated  Onam in college premises. The union has organized various programs; musical chair, thiruvathira, songs ,tug and war etc... There was a delicious onasadya too.

        Malayalam departed of GCTE has organized a program on Malayalam literature. They included quiz and games based on Malayalam literature. Everyone actively participated in the same.

LANGUAGE CLUB INAUGURATION

    The language club at GCTE was inaugurated by Principal, Santhosh Kumar sir.

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

          Govt. College of Teacher Education has celebrated Independence day on August 15 in college campus. The flag was hosted at 8.30 am. This was followed by cultural programs which included dance and song . There was a special program in which each student teacher one each dressed up in the style of various states in India and described the specialties of the state.

Sanskrit day

         Sanskrit department of GCTE has celebrated World Sanskrit day on 31 August 2022. The program was held at 10.00 am . They had introduced some informative areas from Sanskrit language. It was an informative session.

WORLD BREASTFEEDING WEEK

             Natural science department has organized an article writing competition based on the theme അമ്മിഞ്ഞപാൽമധുരം. The program was organized as a part of celebrating World breastfeeding week. This year the theme for World Breastfeeding is Step up for Breastfeeding Educate and Support .
